Analysis Perspectives
Finance BI enables financial data analysis from multiple perspectives, adaptable to the level of detail the user desires.
With two financial statements available, the Balance Sheet and the P&L Statement, each is analyzed comprehensively from various viewpoints:
GENERAL AND GLOBAL PERSPECTIVE, providing insights into both current and past amounts (and their variations), as well as cumulative totals. Users can also select a specific amount and access its details.
DETAILED AND GLOBAL ANALYTICAL PERSPECTIVE, displaying data by customer group, department, or any selected global dimensions for analysis. Users can segment and filter the information, and choose which types of amounts to view (current year, previous year, variation, percentage variation, etc.).
MONTHLY ANALYTICAL PERSPECTIVE, offering the option to display information with varying levels of detail (by year or quarter). This perspective also allows users to view relative data for a specific amount.
For the P&L Statement, it is possible to view both income and expenses for each month, year, and quarter, as well as the gross margin and net profit margin.
For the monthly balance analysis details, users can see detailed information on assets and liabilities for each month and their corresponding comparison with the previous year.
STATISTICAL ANALYSIS PERSPECTIVE, allowing users to obtain statistics for various key performance indicators (KPIs) of interest, breaking down information to the desired level of detail and comparing it with values from previous years. The following section explains which KPIs are used, what information they display, and how they are calculated.
ACCOUNTING PERSPECTIVE, including essential tools that support both the preparation and verification of financial statements.
